A tube ice machine comprises a tube ice evaporator, liquid receiver, vapor collector valve, electric control cabinet, various valves, and connecting pipelines. During the ice-making process, the refrigerant evaporates within the main unit, absorbing heat from the water flowing down along the inner walls of the heat exchange tubes from the upper water tank. The water freezes into ice adhering to the inner tube surface. When the ice thickness meets the specified requirement, the defrosting process is initiated to release the ice.
